This double IPA brewed with peaches is bold, hoppy and fruit-forward, with abundant notes of juicy peach and stone fruit that dominate the nose and perfectly meld with additional notes of sweet melon, orange and faint pine needle. The palate is round and mouth filling, yet bitter, with oodles of hoppy orange rind, grapefruit peel and peach skin flavors set against a clean malt core. Medium carbonation helps to keep the bold body and weight in check, while a pleasant bitterness lingers on the medium-length close. Available in both 22-ounce bottles and six packs of 12-ounce cans. Lauren Buzzeo

What Is Blind Tasting?

All tastings reported in the Buying Guide are performed blind. Typically, products are tasted in peer-group flights of from 5-8 samples. Reviewers may know general information about a flight to provide context—vintage, variety or appellation—but never the producer or retail price of any given selection. When possible, products considered flawed or uncustomary are retasted.
