What is the size of the copper line set?
and on Sep 5, 2014
BEST ANSWER: It depends on how long of line set you are using so I would refer to the manual.
How is humidity control achieved?
Javier on Dec 31, 2012
BEST ANSWER: Thank you for your question. This unit has a slow fan speed so it does not readily remove moisture from the air. Any moisture that develops and falls to an internal drip pan will evaporate and be blown into the cellar by an internal fan. If you have further questions please call us at 1-800-356-8466.
Have wine storage unit being built in new home. Wish unit to be fully ducted with only the temperature control display within the wine storage area --- not the condenser or the coil unit. Size is 10' height, 14' length and 7' depth. Which model do I need? Please provide specifications and installation information.

BEST ANSWER: Reading your needs, I would recommend the Platinum Extreme 8000ti. This model is fully ductable and would achieve the look of only the controller in the wine cellar.

Vast improvement over the N'finity 4200 this replaces...
Vast improvement in price also, but worth the expense if the 8000 continues working as it has the first several weeks of its life.
This past week we have had our first hard freezes of the season and now that I've seen how well it works with the outside condenser, I'm soon off to Napa to add to the body, er, bottle count in our cellar.
Also, if you are on the fence about thru-the-wall or split unit; we lived with the noisy 4200 for three years until it died. The silence in our cellar is worth the difference even if not justified by our near 20k investment in liquid refreshment.
