The liquid ingredients are measured out in equal proportion, making this one of the easiest drink templates around. No wonder Strawn developed this no-fuss strawberry sipper for his new “urban beach house” bar, inspired by Long Island’s languid East End.

Ingredients
4 fresh strawberries, plus 1 for garnish
¾ ounce simple syrup
¾ ounce vodka
¾ ounce St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur
¾ ounce lemon juice
Directions
In a cocktail shaker, muddle 4 strawberries with simple syrup. Add remaining ingredients and ice. Shake vigorously, and strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a strawberry on the rim of the glass.
