This unnamed sipper—with a touch of the distinctive flavor of maraschino—ends the tasting menu at the farm-driven restaurant. “I always think of an Aperol Spritz as refreshing, and this drink is a simple take on that,” says Faile.

Ingredients

½ ounce maraschino liqueur
½ ounce lemon juice
4 ounces chilled sparkling wine
Long lemon twist, for garnish

Directions

Add Aperol, maraschino liqueur and lemon juice to a cocktail shaker filled with ice, and shake until chilled. Double-strain mixture into a flute, top with sparkling wine and garnish with a long lemon twist.
