Ingredients
2 ounces gin, preferably Old Tom
1 ounce white Port
3 dashes of orange bitters
1 lemon peel
Directions
In mixing glass filled with ice, add ingredients and stir. Strain into chilled martini glass or coupe glass. Twist peel above drink to express oils.
