Will this rack hold the larger Burgundy bottles like Turley or Locations? I have had trouble finding racks for this size bottle.
Samuel B on Sep 7, 2018
BEST ANSWER: The wine rack will hold regular and larger bottles of wine (750 ml) to include Turley or Locations as well as champagne bottles (750 ml). 1.5 liter bottles fit in the rack well, but pending the bottles shape one may have to skip a row due to height clearance or position a bottle kissing the 1.5 liter bottle rather than laying on the wooden rack.

Challenging but what else is there?
I bought five of the N'FINITY wine rack components (two 5 column rack units, one solid 4 shelf corner/end unit, one curved 4 column corner rack, and one rectangular bin rack). All of them had problems; many of the problems were common, so I'm combining them all here: first, in summary, if you don't have a power screwdriver *and* a power drill, forget it; there is no way you could put them together with just a manual screwdriver, as the instructions state. Secondly, you need to be fairly strong (to pull misaligned pieces together and to lift and rotate the units during assembly) and also you need to be fairly handy with basic tools. In more detail: 1. It took almost one month to get them – much longer than I expected; 2. The instructions are terrible (you'll need to be good at guessing) and in some cases they're just plain wrong (e.g., they tell you to use the wrong screws, which can crack the wood); 3. One piece arrived broken. I am still waiting to hear back about a replacement; 4. **MOST** of the holes do not align -- you will need to drill (or re-drill) most of the holes (do all of them, to be safe); 5. Several holes are just plain missing; 6. Different length screws were labeled with the *same* letter code, so you will crack or pierce through the wood if you aren't watchful about such errors in the instructions; 7. The curved wood pieces (curved corner rack) don't come anywhere near aligning with the rest of the rack -- be careful here or you will break them during assembly; 8. The stain color doesn't match on some of the pieces. In short, although the design for these racks is good, and the pricing is OK, the quality control of their manufacture (in Malaysia) and their instructions, are both very poor. Are they worth buying? Yes. Why? Because you can't find anything else made of solid mahogany that is cheaper – and a custom cellar will cost you many times more. So I am actually considering buying two more units. If you are capable and careful, you can make these work; albeit with several hours of careful work...
Not a high end product
We were disappointed with flimsiness of pieces. The type of fasteners were extrodinarily difficult to work with (we ended up using other fasteners), several front molding strips broke easily when trying to fit into frame. We should have spent the money for a sturdier wine rack.

Looks Great, but screws are inadequate
This is exactly what I needed for the space I have in my kitchen with 10' ceilings. Assembly is another story. Screws are inadequate to pull in brace pieces. Yes, although careful, wood split in front. Assembly must be improved, otherwise is very functional piece.

Did it myself
It went together easily. It is good that I had a good power screwdriver and a power drill. The holes in the cross bar that covers were to small. I had to drill the myself.

I also bought a Diamond Bin rack that was to ship the first of November. I called to see when I should expect it. They now say it will be December 8th. I would not have known if hadn't made a call. Not very good customer service.

Wine Rack Kits -- things to know ....
I bought three 5 column rack kits and one 3 column rack to install in a "wine closet" cooler in my home. The assembly instructions have illustrations, but I recommend you lay the parts out and make sure you know where things go. Be prepared to re-drill holes for the screws. When placing racks side-by-side, you will see they are not exactly the same, and you can make alignment adjustments with wood shims. I also recommend anchoring the racks to the wall and I screwed a small plate to attach adjacent racks. After some extra effort, I have a wine closet that looks great.

Fine as Wine
When the boxes were delivered, it seemed a little intimidating. The Instructions were buried in the box, everything was in order, all the pieces were supplied. I must say the people in Ohio have there act together.
Now I must say you should have a little knowledge of wood working to make this project go easy. A nail gun is a must. If you do not have a nail gun BUY ONE! You will not use any of the nails that come with the project. I purchased 8 racks, and I was able to assemble the racks in a few days. Take your time read the instructions and you will have a great finished product.
The support was outstanding, I messed up one piece and I had replacement parts in about four days. NO CHARGE!! This product is made in America, by American workers, so much the better.
This product was not cheap, but "YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR" I would recommend this product without hesitation
Thanks Lue Ann for making this work.
Do not forget to buy the molding. Its the icing on the cake.

As expected
This is my third wine rack, one more and my cellar will be complete. I was pleased with the quality though for the first time there were a few places where the wood was discolored perhaps due to being delivered in a snow storm. Dark lemon oil seemed to fix the problem. It does help to have two people to put it together to ensure a tight fit on all of the joints.

I still get com, elements on how good the racks look.

Almost Perfect if you are Handy !!
Purchased the Five row Unit, two three row units and the smaller triangle box unit. It's all installed after a couple days of assembly. You need to be handy and have power tools to make it reasonable. I had a drill to redo some of the holes and a power screw driver to insert the screws with the clutch adjusted so you don't split the wood. Instructions I thought were adequate. Some parts were mis-labeled but the vast majority were fine. The quality seems good and the racks seem sturdy when assembled. I was very happy with the finished product.
