What is the best way to use the two wire shelves at the bottom?
Scott T on Aug 23, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Hello Scott. We typically use those wire shelves for bottles which have been “opened” via Coravin. In this way we can keep easier track of those as distinct from “unopened” bottles. Hope this helps.

Nice but Issues
So far everything seems to work except the upper zone which I have set to 42 degrees will constantly go up to 46 degrees and then back down when the machine turns on. I've even seen it go up to 49 and it is located completely away from light and inside the house.

Solid wine cooler
Very quite - keeps wine at registered temperature. The controls are touchy but work with persistence. Like the blue LED light. Holds larger Pinot Noir bottles which is a plus plus magnums in the upper shelf. Only negative is that when you buy this wine cooler you will wish you had more storage and had bought a bigger version!

Size
94 bottles is a great over reach. Your are lucky to get in the mid 70's with a smaller bottle profile. Otherwise do unit lives up to expectations.

Very good wine cooler with just a couple of caveats.
I did a lot of research before buying this cooler and generally found that the reviews on almost all manufacturers were very negative. This one was an exception so I gave it a try. This wine cooler got delivered a few weeks ago and I am generally happy with it.

Looks - I originally wanted the all glass front, but they were backorded so I chose the settled for the stainless trimmed one. It’s a pretty good looking unit, but the stainless makes it stand out a little more than I really like. It’s a large cooler and I think the glass front would make it blend into the background a bit more.

Materials and Design - also generally good. The shelf design is clever in that it doesn’t lock you into the usual wire rack organization. Most of the shelves have the new design that fits any size bottle and allows for easy mix and match of bottle sizes. The shelves are a little flimsy feeling and the little tabs that are supposed to “lock” them in are not very effective and some don’t work at all. Not that big a deal as long as your unit is level. Otherwise I could see the shelves sliding out when you open the door. I was able to fit 65 bottles, mixed in size from Champagne to Bordeaux size. About half are Pinot Noir style or large Cabs so you might be able to fit lots more smaller format.

Cooling and Noise - again, generally good. My bottom zone stays dead on at 55 degrees, measuring at 57 by a thermometer. That two degree differential is acceptable to me because it is consistent. I also get a two degree variable on the top zone, BUT that zone fluctuates quite a bit. It is set for 45 and will often rise up to 48 or 49 at which time the compressor kicks in until it drops back down. It then cools effectively pretty quickly.

I have the unit placed in my living room, which is also my TV viewing room so I was concerned about whether it would be loud. No need to worry since the unit is pretty quiet, only making noticeable noise when the compressor kicks in. Even then it is not disturbing.

I would definitely purchase again.

So far, so good. Loving it!!
My wife and I just took delivery of this wine fridge. So far we're really loving it. It's very quiet and holds the dual zone temps within 1 or 2 degrees.

I've dealt with a lot of customer support teams over the years, and must say that the people at Wine Enthusiast are second to none. We could not be happier with their help with a recently returned product. Kudos to customer support!!

I would recommend the N'finity Pro M
After set-up and reading the manual our wine cooler works as expected. It holds a variety of bottles sizes very well.

KonaMtn
Shipping was handled perfectly eith special arrangements for delivery to Hawaii. In Kona, at 1,500 ft altitude, there is no air-conditioning or heating, so the cellar is subject to ambient air. It works perfectly, but on humid days, the glass doors do perspire. I knew that would be the case - living in Hawaii is great, but 80 degree wine isn’t! Thakk you!
