McNally is descended from tenant farmers and continues to foster the land through his work with the Willamette Valley Wineries Association and a founding signatory of the Oak Accord—a pledge to protect and restore the valley’s oak habitat. He seeks to share the happiness he finds in the land with others and show that a family business is rewarding when it creates jobs and fosters sustainable growth.
