The write up on the fusion glasses states that they are "dishwasher safe, they never cloud or dull." I am skeptical. Virtually every glass I own has clouded from being washed in a dishwasher. I have tried all different brands of soap, and even had a water softener installed, all to no avail. Will your ten year replacement policy cover the Fusion glasses if they cloud from being washed in the dishwasher?

BEST ANSWER: Thank you for your question, the Fusion warranty only covers the breakage of the glassware only and offers the replacement for each broken glass within the 10yrs.
I can't tell if the Fusion Classic glasses that I bought at authentic. What kinds of labels or marks are supposed to be in these glasses?

BEST ANSWER: The Fusion Classic Cabernet/Merlot/Bordeaux Wine Glasses (set of 4) come with our logo etched on the base. All of our Fusion glassware has the etched logo placed on it.

What is the diameter of the base? I have a wine glass rack and want to make sure the base will slide into the slot.

i love this product, but am disappointed
I love the weight, design however for a glass that wasnt suppose to break easily, I had one broken upon arrival and one later break just by tapping it lightly to another glass. I feel they are more fragile than a normal glass yet they are advertised as break-resistant glassware! 2 out of 12 is not a good report! Thats to bad because i really like them and wanted to buy more!

These stems are simply awesome
Super fast delivery. And amazing customer service. We have broken two stems and had them replaced immediately. They arrived at our door days before expected. Thank you Wine Enthusiast.

Not impressed
I ordered 4 Red and 4 White glasses. Two red and one white had warped bases. I received the replacements and one of the reds is slightly warped. I would not recomend these glasses. On a good note, Wine Enthusiast was very promt at getting me the replacement glasses. This particular purchase will not discourage me from further purcahses from Wine Enthusiast.

The stem and base are a bit fragil. Saved the wine though!

Wonderful Glass
Lovely glasses. They show the wine very well. Even the taste and aroma are better. I would highly recommend these glasses to anyone. Perfect for a dinner party.

fusion cabernet/merlot wine glasses
loved the wine glasses - they are elegant - even dropped one on a plate and it didn't break - will be buying the pinot glasses next, i will only buy fusion from know on

I don't like to use plastic for my wine! I now use these on my boat and they don't break!

Big, bold and sturdy
Use every day; always wash in dishwasher. So thick and sturdy don't think it will break easily. Very big/tall, so holds large serving. Almost too tall for our wine glass rack---sits on bottom of shelf. Very practical.
