Does this come in any other color besides Nero? I'm looking for a brown.
Melissa J on Nov 1, 2016
What color is "Nero"? Black? Dark brown? Please clarify exactly.
Melissa J on Oct 29, 2016
BEST ANSWER: Hello Melissa,
Nero is considered black.

Thank you.
Is the back of the cabinet vented for the wine coolers? Does each half allow for venting if I wanted to put 2 wine coolers into the cabinet instead of one side being shelving?
Jean S on Oct 21, 2016
BEST ANSWER: Yes - the back is 2 pieces of thin plywood which can be unscrewed and removed for venting. This is necessary as it's the only way to plug in the fridge.
One tip - don't be misled by the "white glove" service. I am now on my 3rd iteration of this item - the first one was damaged so that the doors couldn't close, the 2nd was damaged on the outside wood as if it had been dropped. There was much confusion on deliveries - one time with the credenza but not the fridge, then vice versa. The 3rd unit appears to be good.
The "white glovers" refused to unscrew the back panel - they couldn't be held "liable". So they stood around for 20 minutes while I did it - glad I was there and not my girlfriend by herself.
If you have the patience to put up with multiple tries to get a good unit and to deal with pathetic delivery folks, then the unit nice in the end.
What color is Nero? Is this black or brown?

BEST ANSWER: Nero is Black.

Only one thing standing in the way of 5 stars ....
I am very happy with this credenza. It's perfect for our needs. The credenza itself is heavy and well made and the wine coolers fit inside of it nicely. We really like that they are two separate coolers that you can set at two separate temperatures so we have one for red and one for white. It came with two pullout drawers - one has built in compartments for horizontal storage of wine bottles and one is a shallow, flat surface for the storage of glasses plus there is an adjustable shelf option, too. While we are not using those now, it's nice to have options in case we need them in the future.

The only reason I did not give this item a full 5 stars is the delivery. The term "white glove" is a bit deceiving. When I think of "white glove" I think of "full service". And if I'm paying $2000 for an item, I expect full service. In this case, the white glove service consisted of unloading the credenza, the internal components, and the two wine coolers, taking the outer plastic wrap off of them, and putting them in my living room. What the white glove service did not do is unscrew the 25+ tiny screws that held on the two back panels of the credenza that need to be removed if you are putting the wine coolers in it (God help you if you don't have an electric screwdriver or a drill ... it would have taken me hours to do that without one!). Nor did they put the wine coolers in the credenza. I was alone when doing all this and, thankfully, go to the gym so it wasn't that difficult for me to do but it could be challenging for some.

We've had it for 1-2 weeks and so far so good. It looks good, stores the wine, and keeps the temps regulated as expected.

Actually better than I expected!
Very happy with this unit. Looks nice when closed and built very solid. It is quieter than expected as well. I have it disguised as a piece of furniture 90% of the time and no one knows any better.
