We hope you and your family are safe and healthy during this unprecedented time. As our day-to-day lives have shifted considerably, we are committed to helping you navigate this ‘new normal’ with the utmost of confidence, and as much as possible, with a glass of wine in hand.

We remain open for business and ready to serve you. We are closely following information and guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control and the World Health Organization on steps we can all take to minimize the spread of the virus. Where necessary, we and our partners have implemented additional protective measures to ensure safe and uninterrupted service.

We’re Here For You 24/7

Our talented team of wine storage consultants and customer service agents is safely working from home but are all available 24/7 via phone and live chat. We’d love to hear from you as you’re planning your next wine purchase, considering stocking up on fine glassware, easy-to-use wine openers, or, at long last, realizing your dream of building out a wine cellar. Or maybe you need a wine cooler to help store your recently increased home wine collection.

Delivery of Wine Accessories & Gifts

Our warehouses are open, and we are shipping out orders. Our accessory items shipped via FedEx will be dropped off at your doorstep. We have also extended our return window, see here.

White Glove Delivery of our Wine Cellars & Furniture

With White Glove Delivery, we ordinarily deliver your unit into the home, unpack it, inspect it, and dispose of the packaging.

In consultation with our warehouse and delivery partners, we can assure you that we have implemented enhanced safety practices for our drivers, warehouse staff, and office staff to help ensure our reliability and continuity. This protocol includes (but is not limited to) wearing protective shoe covers, sanitizing hands, wearing rubber gloves, and sanitizing delivery vehicles.

However, if you would like to buy now but would prefer to have your purchase delivered at a later date, we will be happy to hold it in our warehouse and waive any storage fees.
