Zwann Grays’ foray into wine started with part-time work in New York wine shops when she needed to make some extra money. But Grays fell in love with wine. That passion led her into the restaurant business. Casual to fine dining, she has curated wine lists and served as beverage director for acclaimed restaurants throughout New York City, including Olmsted, Bouley and Maison Yaki. With over 10 years of experience in wine, Grays recently partnered with Copake Wine Works and launched her own wine club promoting natural and sustainable wines.
