When you read a restaurant or wine bar review and the writer spends two paragraphs talking about the music playing there, chances are awfully good Charlie is the reason why. He’s a certified sommelier and bartender who founded Audio Culture, a company that specializes in curating music programs for bars and restaurants, notably Delicious Hospitality Group (Charlie Bird, Pasquale Jones, Legacy Records), where he has the title music director. While it is overlooked as background sound, Charlie makes music a central part of the dining experience.
