Campbell earned a diploma from Chicago’s Siebel Institute in Craft Distillation Operations and Technologies, and has worked with some of the best in the business, counting as her mentors Todd Leopold and Hubert Germain-Robin. Campbell joined Privateer Rum as its head distiller in 2012, and, in March of this year, was named the company’s president. In addition to actively working with the American Craft Spirits Association, Campbell holds a Level 4 Diploma from the Wine and Spirits Education Trust (WSET) and serves on its Alumni Advisory Board. She’s also pursuing a Master of Wine certification.
