Ragovin has spent more than 10 years in the hospitality industry, where she’s designed, established and managed beverage programs for acclaimed restaurants like Trois Mec, Osteria Mozza and Scopa Italian Roots. She’s since started Pour This, a wine subscription service and retail shop that offers sustainable or otherwise natural wines from small producers worldwide. Additionally, All Time restaurant, described as a “neighborhood joint,” is an all-day eatery Ragovin co-owns with a menu that changes daily, a handwritten wine list and meet-the-winemaker experiences.
