A hands-on leader, Blackwell-Calvert views customer education as a vital part of her job. She manages the extensive beverage list for this three-time Wine Enthusiast Top 100 Wine Restaurant honoree, but still likes to work the floor, somming it up and connecting with guests to ensure that they enjoy the best possible experience.
