Stewart has overseen some of Louisville’s coolest bar programs, a list that includes Proof, Harvest and Decca. In 2012, Edward Lee brought Stewart on as general manager and beverage director for the opening of MilkWood. She’s also working on the opening of Whiskey Dry, which is expected to feature 200-plus whiskeys.
