Shaking up the upper echelon

Determined to change things up, Seidenfeld began as an intern at Iron Horse in 2005. He later moved to Robert Mondavi Winery as a harvest enologist and oversaw Estancia, Clos du Bois, Simi and other Constellation brands. In his current role, Seidenfeld works with consultant David Ramey to bring a high-minded approach to a sprawling portfolio of wines, including a new tier of high-end offerings.
