Bonneau 2004 Zinfandel (Shenandoah Valley (CA))

Nice everyday Zin, a little one-dimensional, but polished and varietal, just the ticket with barbecued or smoked meat, or a good smoked cheese like gouda. It's basically dry, but with a sweet, plumped raisin edge to the cherry, raspberry, cocoa, leather and plum flavors.
