Wine Express Sales Associate

Wine Enthusiast is seeking an eager and knowledgeable Sales Associate for its Wine Express division focusing on selling wine to current and new customers. Your extensive knowledge and love of wine, your enthusiasm for our selections and your strong written and communication skills will ensure your success reaching out to our extensive customer base of wine lovers on inbound and outbound phone calls as well as email and Live Chat. You’ll manage execution of in-store pick up orders and offer hand upsells. Junior Business Intelligence Analyst

Wine Enthusiast Companies is seeking a driven, efficient, and detail-oriented Junior Business Intelligence Analyst. This position will perform a wide variety of analysis across all our businesses.

This individual will be responsible for delivering regular reporting, running ad hoc analysis, and conveying the results. This role will also be able to assist in the architecture and implementation of data pipelines on the Google Cloud to create dashboards and visualizations. The candidate should have a strong drive to develop long term, efficient, and flexible data flows with opportunities to delve into machine learning and other cloud services. Director of Client Services

The Executive Assistant reports directly to the Co-founder in a one-on-one working relationship and at times is called upon to perform administrative duties for our executive management team. The person we are seeking is professional, highly organized, works with confidence, and can communicate effectively and professionally with a wide range of external and internal contacts.

The main responsibilities of this position include managing corporate travel, setting up meetings, handling executive lunch orders, protocol communications, management of office supplies, internet research, and assisting with data entry projects.

The successful candidate will have experience with all the aspects of making both domestic and international travel arrangements. Technical Business Analyst

We are hiring a Technical Business Analyst to join our project team. You will work alongside other business colleagues and work closely with the project manager. Your main tasks will include performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, and performing user acceptance testing. Chargeback Coordinator

Our Chargeback Coordinator research and investigate open claims and chargeback deductions, resolving disputes initiated by the issuing bank, and process all merchant chargebacks within the time frames established by card brands in order to prevent loss.

Using your chargeback experience, you'll evaluate the complaint, research the dispute and resolve it under the card bank regulations and rules, preparing and submitting the required documentation on chargeback cases .You'll review, analyze and process all re-presentments, pre-arbitration, arbitration, pre-compliance and compliance cases pending in the card brands portals, as well as review vendor guides and communicate possible non-compliance issues with internal team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintain a log on all pending issues with status of resolution for future reference
  • File disputes/claims by obtaining carrier or necessary documentation, submission and follow-up
  • Assist with additional chargeback projects or reports as assigned.
  • Dispute invalid deductions within the claim’s expiration time-frame, and follow through until resolved
  • Research and resolve high volume of customer deductions/chargebacks pertaining to shipping violation claims, allowances, discounts, damages, pricing, and shortages
  • Interact with internal departments during the process of validating deductions
  • Prepare and submit necessary adjustments for processing; Review and validate all chargeback activity for proper processing and reconciliation.
