We ask only that you return the merchandise in new condition, in original boxes, with your receipt. Sorry, no returns on personalized items, custom wine cellars, custom wine racks, cooling units, audiovisual products (CDs, DVDs, etc.), computer software, books, food, or plants. Shipping is refunded only if items were personalized incorrectly in production, the wrong items were shipped, or merchandise was received damaged. Wine Enthusiast Silent 28 Bottle Touchscreen Wine Refrigerator Q: Is there any problem with putting a DVD, cable box, and TV set (flatscreen LCD) on top of this unit? Answer this question 1 answer A: The only issue may be if the heat that comes off the DVD,cable box and TV has an impact on the air surrounding the unit. Remember this unit shoiuld be placed in an area that does not exceed 77 degrees. Wine Enthusiast Silent 28 Bottle Touchscreen Wine Refrigerator Q: Hello I plan to fit this wine cooler in a boxed cabinet with open spaces underneat 2.5"H x 14"W x 24"D (note: Front side open to the room)... And I have spaces around unit 3"top, 1" each side and 3" back side. So it will be Good for air circulation? Also your 2 back fans are flow out or suck air inside the unit? Although we highly recommend that any thermoelectric unit be freestanding, as long as you leave 4" all the way around the unit, the 28 should be fine in terms of operation. While the 28 bottle can handle up to 80 degrees, our recommendation is locate the unit in an air conditioned space where ambient temp will not exceed 77 degrees. Is this expected and how often do I need to drain/clean the water box? How do I clean the water box, it seems attached to the unit. Asked on 9/19/2011 by Eric from NY Know the answer? Answer this question 1 answer A: Condensation is to be expected in the unit to help maintain a moist cork. We recommend wiping the bottom of the unit about every 4 to 6 months. It is not necessary to empty the water box in the back of the unit, this condensation should evaporate into the air.
