We choose the wine cork lazy susan kit for 2 reasons. It will complement a gorgeous patio table and it is a very nice way of displaying all those wine corks that right now are in a tall vase

Save up a lot of corks. Thought it would be nice to use them.
Jeanette W on Nov 13, 2014
I had a lot of corks needing a place to go. Humor aside, was given a gift from your store of four wine cork coasters. Sender of gift hosts parties and a lazy susan of wine corks makes for a nice reciprocal gift this year.

We have a container for corks, but this is a great way to keep our stash of show and concert tickets in view. Every time we see a show or go to a sporting event we can just toss the ticket in.

Have one and i made one for my sister. I am buying this for a friend- makes a very personal gift using the corks of wine they drink.

Suitable color and size, I could not find one anywhere else. Plus we have a lot of corks from wine bottles consumed in different places in the world that will be nicely displayed now

two questions
1) I assume no need to glue the corks onto the base, thinking the need to play around and replace with new collections from time to time
2) A little confused with how it works with the depth, the corks lying down or standing up won't be leveled?
Tom on Jun 13, 2015
BEST ANSWER: It is recommended to glue the corks using hot glue gun, but standard white glue or wood glue also works. Place corks horizontally or vertically, one or two at a time. Use a ruler as a guide to ensure level rows. You may need to sand or cut the ends of some corks for a better fit.
About how many corks are needed? I fail to see that 300 are required. Sending as gift and would like to send the approximate number of corks as well. Thanks, mc
mc on Dec 15, 2014
BEST ANSWER: It will depend on the design you want and the corks themselves. You will definitely need over 200 and possibly 300 depending on what you want.
What is the diameter?
null on Dec 20, 2011
BEST ANSWER: 24-1/4" Dia.

Holes on bottom are not for the screws
In reading other reviews it sounds like better directions are needed for assembly. I first tried putting the screws in the predrilled holes and discovered as others did that the screws were too short. However, knowing the company would not send the wrong screws, I realize that the four white pads go in the holes, not the screws! The screws then went into the wood easily with no need for predrilled holes. My lazy susan spins easily. I am worried about the plexiglass scratching over time but know that I can take it to a glass place and they can cut me a thin piece of glass to fit.

A unique gift
Great product, but needs instructions for securing the bottom rollers. 4 screws should be simple enough, but there are 4 pre-drilled holes that look like the spot where the screws should go. That is the spot where the stoppers go. Spins perfectly if installed properly, if you force the screws into the pre-drilled holes you will end up bending the roller section.

Good product! Fun to assemble.
Good for a gift! Gave it to my parents for Christmas, and they really like it. Larger than expected, and unfortunate that it uses plexiglas instead of real glass, which would be a bit classier. Expensive for what you get, but a fun gift.

Cork Lazy Susan Review
Very nice looking and easy to assemble. But turntable won't turn smoothly or easily. We tried WD-40 and still won't turn well. Top part is fine but we can't use it on our dining table to rotate things as planned. It is just a display piece for our corks.

Looks great
I just set the corks in and did not glue for now. So they slide around but that way I can add corks from special bottles over time

Great Lazy Susan
For the amount of money it was frustrating to have to go buy screws that were long enough to put it together!

WOW, WHAT A DIFFERENCE
When I received it I took the kit out of the box & I knew it would be the perfect item to make & put on my glass top family room table. Whenever someone comes over I love making appetizers while my husband makes the drinks. This lazy susan is perfect to put most of the munchies on. Being Italian the hot appetizers go into platters & get passed around. The nuts, trail mix, popcorn etc just keep spinning as everyone turns it to the bowl they want. It's a great ice breakers when you have new people at your house. So far I know 3 couples that will be ordering this. Thanks for the wonderful idea & asset for my home.
