The rack itself had a nice finish and looks great once a few upgrades are done. The chain that was sent was horrible and cheap and there were no hooks with the purchase so we had to purchase our own. If you get this, go to[@] and buy smaller black chain with 4 decorative hooks. Once we did this the rack looked amazing. For the price I would think they should make this upgrade to the product. Until then, just go to a local hardware store.

The wine glass rack in itself it very nice- but the chains that hang from ceiling (or under a counter, etc,) were just too flimsy and made it look cheap. Also, after hanging a few glasses on rack, the rack was not balanced- and it would swing whenever you touched it. We decided to make our own support, so we took some oak, made a support on the ceiling, with 2 sides coming down and attaching to the rack. Now it is very stable and looks great- much better than the chains.

It was quite the task looking for a wine glass rack that was love at first sight. This stylish design was a true inspiration for a wine lover like me. It hangs perfectly and it swings gracefully from the high ceiling above the kitchen bar counter and it creates a warmth that truly redefines what home sweet home should feel like. However, I was a bit disappointed in the chains; it was nothing like the picture on the site and it did cheapen the overall like of the rack. The advantage I suppose will be to purchase the chain of my liking.

We needed a wine glass rack because we didn't have enough cabinets. I researched all the possibilities and settled on this particular one and am very happy that I did! It is beautiful wood and very easy to hang. It holds 20 large wine glasses very solidly and looks great! I recommend this to anyone that loves wine and has a lot of glasses but not enough cabinets. It was the perfect housewarming gift from my sister.

We love the beautiful contours and color of this rack. I checked the reviews before we bought and some thought the chains looked cheap and flimsy. The chains that came with ours however are fine. The links are smaller than I expected but they are still very sturdy and hold well. We actually like it that the links are on the small side because the chains aren't as noticeable.

The stain on the interior wood slats was uneven and not very attractive. I sent it back because of that and the fact it was fractured on the spine.
