Carmel, crisp & light
Decent brew. Fermented for 13 days, cold crash for 3 days, CO carbonation for 3 days. Color was more like an amber ale, but was clear. Slight Malty aroma and flavor was slight malty, and caramel. Light and crisp mouthfeel.
