Please note, Wine Enthusiast has partnered with Bongo International to service our international customers. Bongo International (in coordination with Wine Enthusiast) is responsible for all billing, shipping and customer service related to your international order. Here's how to place an International Order:
- Select your items and add them to your shopping cart.
- At the shopping cart, click on the button that reads "International Customer Checkout." You will be automatically transferred to Bongo's Secure International Checkout page where you will be provided with international shipping costs as well as duties and taxes for your shipment.
- Upon completion of your order, Bongo International will charge your credit card for the entire purchase. You will receive your order confirmation directly from Bongo International containing your Unified Bongo tracking number.
- Bongo International will process your order (including billing, shipping and customer service) and guarantee delivery.
Once your order is completed, all inquiries should be directed to Bongo International at: Support@BongoUS.com. If you need assistance placing your international order or have questions, please contact BongoUS at 203-683-4894 or email Support@BongoUS.com. All payment, shipping, or return requests should be submitted to Bongo at Support@BongoUS.com. While we are happy to accept returns and exchanges, you will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return and/or exchange and open box fees where applicable.
At this time we are unable to ship select items, including but not limited to, EuroCave and N'FINITY Wine Cellars, Cooling Units, personalized items, and items shipped directly from the manufacturer. In the future, we will make more eligible for international shipment. Upon being directed to Bongo International's Secure International Checkout page, Bongo will notify you if an item in your cart is ineligible for international shipping.
Product warranties are void outside of the United States. We cannot honor any product warranties once the product is shipped outside of the US and will only be able to offer limited product support regarding repairs and technical support.
All electric products we sell internationally are calibrated for US power supplies, meaning you will need to find a source of power conversion to make it safe for use internationally.
