Shipping is refunded only if items were personalized incorrectly in production, the wrong items were shipped, or merchandise was received damaged. For all free-standing wine cellars, wine racks, large furniture pieces, and cooling units, pre-payment will be required, and a 20% restocking charge will be imposed for any cancellations or returns.

My two complaints are:
-The glass is a little smaller than I imagined but I guess I can't complain if less than half of a bottle of wine doesn't fit in it.
-The glass used is very light. I almost feel like I may crush it in my hands if I hold it too tightly.

Other than that the glasses are amazing. I have already received compliments on the design, functionality and price. The concept is one of those thing where you say "why didn't I think of that" because it's so simple and works so well.

Disappointing

Having had super success (both for home and gifts) with the Chardonnay/Chablis size, decided to try the Cabernet (larger) glass. First set - washing by hand, inner wall broke. Attributed it to some kind of weak stress point. Second set - one inner wall broke as it was set down on a table. Clearly, some design or manufacturing flaw. Would not buy another in spite of being very satisfied with the smaller size.

I purchased these for my clumsy boyfriend because I was afraid he would eventually break my delicate stems. Unlike other reviews, we have not found these to be delicate glassware. This now his glass of choice for just about anything!

I like my wine to stay chilled so it's nice that your body temperature doesn't warm the beverage as you hold the glass. I had to buy more because everyone seems to use them regardless of what they are drinking.

This stemware does absolutely nothing for the bouquet. The straight inside walls leave little room to aerate or tease the palate of the tester. I would not recommend these glasses to any one wanting to use them as wine testing stemware. They would make better water glasses.

With cold white wine, glass does not sweat which is good. I like this glass. Turned glass face down in dishwasher and inside air section collected water. Now glass looks wet all the time.

These tumblers, both the red and the white are a God send. When we entertain my husband will go through every piece of stem ware in the house. Having just on couple over for dinner would result in a whooping 20 glasses to hand wash!! Now I can just place them in the dishwasher. Problem solved.

These tumblers are ever bit as beautiful and elegant as our stem ware and look terrific with our wedding china.
