Comments about SoHo 64 Bottle Wine Jail:

Like many of the previous customers who commented on this product, I found it difficult to assemble at first. But once I figured out the lightly loosen all the screws on the sides, the main frame was easy to get the holes lined up. I understand what the other customers are saying about the difficulty and screw holes not lining up but they WILL in fact do so if you don;t tighten the screws down in step one. It took me about an hour to figure this out and with a lot of sweat & swearing. Having assembled enough products made overseas, after awhile you get used to figuring out how to do it. I am surprised it took me as long as it did to figure this out. Once assembled, it seems to be sturdy, I love the look and it works exactly as I needed as an extra add-on in my wine cellar to separate out some specific vintages & varietals.

Comments about SoHo 64 Bottle Wine Jail:

I added this wine jail to my wine cellar to separate some certain varietals outside of my normal cellaring space. I am VERY pleased with the design & construction.
As is the case with diagramed instructions, you have to think beyond the pictures to assemble. Once you have it figured out ( keeping screws on sides loose while tightening main body ), it's pretty easy but assemble could be frustrating for some. It's very solid when screwed together properly.
I was unsure whether a lock & key came with it as seen in the picture ( it does not) nor did I get the initial on the front I had requested ( maybe due to the sale); otherwise, a great item
