We ask only that you return the merchandise in new condition, in original boxes, with your receipt. Sorry, no returns on personalized items, custom wine cellars, custom wine racks, cooling units, audiovisual products (CDs, DVDs, etc.), computer software, books, food, or plants. Shipping is refunded only if items were personalized incorrectly in production, the wrong items were shipped, or merchandise was received damaged. For all free-standing wine cellars, wine racks, large furniture pieces, and cooling units, pre-payment will be required, and a 20% restocking charge will be imposed for any cancellations or returns. | | Close Window |

2 spacious storage areas each with sliding pocket glass doors, 2 adjustable shelves, and room for our 9-glass Stemware Rack* (sold separately).
Our Siena Mezzo Wine Credenza is designed to fit our 28-Bottle Touchscreen Wine Refrigerator** (included) in either storage area. Buy them together and own the ultimate service center!
* Stemware rack sold separately. Included screws are to long for use on the Siena, please use shorter screws.

**Important Note: When installing the 28 bottle units into your credenza, you will need to remove the back panel. This easy process requires removing the screws from the back of the unit.

With White Glove Delivery, delivery persons bring your item to your home, unpack it, inspect it, place it where you want it to be, and dispose of the packaging. Delivery is by appointment. White Glove Delivery includes unpacking of the Wine Refrigerator but does not include installation of the Wine Refrigerator into the Wood Cabinet. Merchant response: That's a great point. The Siena Mezzo actually has a back panel that is easily removable allowing the 28 Bottle Silent Refrigerator to vent out the back. The interior dimensions of the credenza allow for enough clearance on the top and sides of the Wine Refrigerator, and we recommend leaving 2-3" clearance off the wall once the panel is removed for optimal ventilation.
