Wine Enthusiast has nearly 30 years of experience in packaging and shipping fragile items (such as fine glassware, wine cellars, etc.) throughout the United States. We have extensive quality control to ensure your items ship safely and securely to its destination. Even with these extra precautions, we do realize damages may occur upon delivery. If you receive an item that has been damaged upon delivery, simply call Customer Care at 800.648.6058 and they will gladly assist you.
