Wine Storage Sales Specialist
We are seeking candidates with a competitive spirit and positive attitude to join our energetic group of professionals in our Sales department. Our Sales Specialists are motivated team players working in an exciting wine culture environment. They have high earning potential without the need of cold calling.

Responsibilities:
- Handle over 50-100 in bound sales calls per day in a call center environment.
- Become an expert on Wine Enthusiast products and use that expertise to close sales.
- Provide accurate pricing and delivery information to potential customers.
- Gather market and customer information via incoming sales calls.
- Represent the organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations.
- Help our customers select the wine storage solution, or accessory, that is best for them.
- Ensure customers receive high quality customer and technical service.
- Perform wine cellar consultations and design wine cellars utilizing CAD Software programs from the information provided.
- Be able to upsell and cross-sell among all of the Wine Enthusiast product lines.
- Assist with showroom customers and navigate customers through our website.

- Review your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
Requirements:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and ability to relate to all kinds of people.

Jr. Marketing Analyst - Wine Enthusiast
Wine Enthusiast Companies is seeking a talented individual to join our team as our Jr. Marketing Analyst at our headquarters in Mount Kisco, NY.
The Jr. Marketing Analyst will be responsible for setting up and executing promotions and offers for our retail and wholesale divisions. Additionally, this person will assist in ad hoc analysis.
General Responsibilities
- Manage the system maintenance of all campaigns by setting up offers, promotion codes and source codes for tracking.
- Set up and maintain product pricing and P&H.
- Maintain monthly/seasonal/annual offer code set up for all companies including retail & wholesale.
- Standard marketing and Ad hoc reporting; inventory, sales, product, etc.
- Email tracking, evaluating and analysis.
This position will interface with the creative team, merchandising team, IT department, sales and customer service as well as with outside vendors.
Qualifications
- Working knowledge of statistical analysis concepts.
- Advanced applications skills in Microsoft Excel & Access; pivot tables, databases, etc.
- Previous experience with Alterian, Ecometry preferred, but not required.
- Experience in a multi-channel business environment & with multi-channel marketing trends.

Jr. Web Programmer
We are looking for an experienced, capable, and highly motivated individual to fill a full-time position as a Jr. Web Programmer.
This position will be responsible for assisting in the development and maintenance of medium-large web sites/web applications using Microsoft technologies.
Qualified applicants should have a minimum of 2 years experience in the development of business-centric web sites. Applicants should be familiar with all phases of web project development from conceptualization & design to building, testing & deploying a web site.
Must be an aggressive, self-starter who has the ability to work independently, but can collaborate with multiple team members as needed. Should be open to the knowledge and input of the entire Online Services team.
NOTE: This position will require the use of Microsoft Technologies for ALL web site development.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years full-time experience with web site development and programming with ASP, VBScript, Jscript and .NET experience a plus.
- 2+ years full-time experience with web site programming languages (HTML, DHTML, JavaScript, etc.)
- Must have experience with cross-browser & cross-platform compatibility.
- Must communicate effectively, meet timelines/milestones and oversee multiple tasks during the business day.
- Must have good interpersonal communication skills and excellent writing skills.
- Must be comfortable/willing to take direction from other members of the development team.
Qualifications (Optional):
- Other Web Application and Programming skills/capabilities a plus. (SQL, Com, etc.)

Warehouse Supervisor
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to work under the direction of our Distribution Director. The Warehouse Supervisor will coordinate with the Receiving Supervisor, Transportation Supervisor, and G&G Supervisor to ensure the day to day activities of our distribution center are met.
The position's responsibilities encompass the following:
- Coordinate, direct and supervise the daily activities of warehouse personnel engaged in materials movement; handling, receiving, loading, unloading, transporting, stacking, order filling, shipping, maintaining inventory stock, Showroom/photo-shoots/trade-show requests. Reviews stock orders; shipping, receiving, material movement.
- Responsible for the accuracy of inventory; locations, stock moves, cycle counts, adjustments.
- Oversee PLCB and other large wholesale orders.
- Weekly preventive maintenance on all machinery.
- Comply with and administer company safety regulations and policies.
- Provide input regarding personnel; hiring, training, coaching, evaluations, promotions, discipline.
- Continually review operational processes and suggest alternatives to increase efficiency; production methods, equipment performance, product quality or service, shipment verification, disposition of materials, inventory levels.
Qualifications of the successful candidate:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- One to three years of supervisory experience in Warehouse Distribution; preferably in the Consumer packaged goods industry.
- The ability to supervise groups of 15+ employees.
- The flexibility and willingness to work a schedule based upon our work flow is necessary.
- Must be able to conduct oneself in a professional manner, interacting effectively with personnel in all departments as well as customers and vendors.
- Departmental/Organizational Awareness.
- Technically Proficient. Microsoft office, UPS Worldship.
- Coaching and Developing People.
- Interpersonal Understanding.
