Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a professional, articulate and dependable person who knows how to put the customer first.
The primary job of the Customer Service Representative is to ensure customers receive timely, accurate and knowledgeable information about our products as well as processing their orders.
Other responsibilities include:
- Answer in-bound customer calls.
- Command thorough product knowledge of our merchandise.
- Process customer orders accurately and quickly via our computer system.
- Assist customers with product selection and questions.
- Process and resolve customer inquires promptly.
Successful candidates will:
- Have 1-2 years of Customer Service experience.
- Maintain fast and accurate data entry skills (Excel is a plus).
- Be detail oriented.
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Have strong multi-tasking skills and outstanding organizational skills.
- Be able to work in high demand environment with minimal supervision.
- Have a clear, calm and pleasant speaking voice.
- Have prior call center experience.

Print Production Coordinator
The Wine Enthusiast is a dynamic Westchester based direct marketing company seeking a detail oriented individual with strong communication and organizational skills for the position of Print Production Coordinator. This full time position reports to the Director of Print Production.
The Print Production Coordinator will be required to manage multiple tasks including the following: trafficking of print materials, assisting the production manager with jobs, creating project schedules & overseeing the company calendar, communicating with staff members regarding adherence to schedules, coordinating work to and from the company's copywriter and organizing the company's creative image database. This position also requires the coordinator to help set up photo shoots, assist with packing materials for photo shoots and help the creative staff prepare for presentations.
The ideal candidate will have between one and three years of related experience. Prior experience in the catalog industry is a plus. Salary is commensurate with experience.

Internship Position - Wine Department
We are seeking someone to join us part-time to support our Assistant Tasting Director in the Tasting & Review department of our Magazine Division. Basic wine knowledge and proficiency in general office software (Microsoft Word, Excel) and web required. Good communication skills and database experience a plus. Main responsibilities include database entry and maintenance: entering & updating wines and reviews as well as tagging and organizing wines. Additional responsibilities of setting up tastings and obtaining contact information may occur, depending on wine proficiency and knowledge development.
