Shipping charges are determined by the total value of your order and the shipping method. Certain oversized and heavy items do not apply; in these cases separate shipping charges are indicated in the item description. All shipping is subject to verification. Call 800.356.8466 for Saturday delivery (for an extra fee.) Items ordered together are not necessarily shipped the same day. We will notify you of any delay beyond 20 days. White Glove Delivery: With White Glove Delivery, delivery persons bring your item to your home, unpack it, inspect it, place it where you want it to be, and dispose of the packaging. Delivery is by appointment. We will call you to set a date and time. If you'd like to arrange a Saturday delivery or schedule a specific delivery date, feel free to call our Wine Storage Consultants as at 800.377.3330. Please note that stair charges may apply. The first 5 steps are included in your delivery option. For additional steps up to 10, there is a $65 stair charge. For example, if there are 25 steps on a staircase, steps 1 through 5 do not incur a charge. Step 6 and beyond, up to 15, will incur a $65 stair chair. Step 16 and beyond, up to step 25, will incur another $65 stair charge. And so on.
Door-to-Door Delivery: Wine refrigerators with 23-50 bottle capacity and the EuroCave Performance 83 and 59 wine cellars ship via door-to-door. With door-to-door delivery, delivery persons leave your item at the first enclosure (front door, porch, basement, garage). You will be notified by phone of the delivery date and time. Express Delivery Policy
Wine Enthusiast offers two express delivery methods - UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air. All express delivery orders for in-stock items must be placed on the web site before 3 P.M. ET in order to be processed and shipped the same day. Any orders placed after 3 P.M. ET will be processed the following business day. If any order is placed after 3 P.M. ET on a Friday, the order will be processed the following Monday or the next business day.
Items with a noted separate shipping charge such as heavy items, wine cellars, nitrogen systems, and oversized items cannot be shipped using express delivery methods. Any orders that combine items with a separate shipping charge and items that use the shipping chart will be charged the shipping chart fee for only those items and for the selected shipping method (Standard, 2 Day Air, or Next Day) and the separate shipping fee. The item with the extra shipping fee will not be delivered using the express delivery methods.
For any orders that include items to be delivered to multiple ship-to locations, customers can select separate shipping methods (Standard, 2 Day Air, Next Day) for each ship-to location. There will be a separate shipping charge for each ship-to location based on the shipping chart. The shipping charge will be calculated based on the value of the items sent to each ship-to location and the shipping method. For any items with a separate shipping charge, only the separate shipping charge will be charged.

Standard shipping rates apply for orders shipped to the 48 contiguous US states. Additional charges will apply for orders to Alaska, Hawaii , Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO addresses.

Rights may vary from state to state. This Contract, including the terms, conditions, limitations, exceptions and exclusions, and the sales receipt for your covered product, constitutes the entire agreement and no representation, promise or condition not contained herein shall modify these items, except as required by law.
Items that have been discontinued that qualify for replacement under warranty terms will be replaced by a model of equal or lesser value that is as similar to the original defective unit as possible as deemed by Wine Enthusiast. In the event a single unit needs replacement that was marketed and purchased along with a second unit as a double unit, and said model has been discontinued, the defective unit will be replaced by a model of equal or lesser value that is as similar to the original defective unit as possible as deemed by Wine Enthusiast. This may result in the replacement unit not identically matching the original unit, in which case the customer will be offered a discount as determined acceptable by Wine Enthusiast to purchase the new matching unit to complete the double unit.

Wine Cellar Warranty Policy
The Wine Enthusiast companies in agreement with our manufacturers warranties all wine cellars to be free from defects due to workmanship or material under normal use and service for a period of (1) year from receipt for both parts and labor.
NEW WINE CELLARS ONLY
If your wine cellar is not operating within the Manufacturers' specifications, Wine Enthusiast and/or the Manufacturer reserves the right to repair or replace the wine cellar. Wine Enthusiast may request the consumer to contact a local refrigeration company to service the wine cellar. All cost for labor and materials is covered for 1 full year from date of receipt. If Wine Enthusiast deems the unit not repairable, Wine Enthusiast will use the value of your original order toward a replacement. However, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs on the replacement after the initial 90 days. Extended warranties are available for an additional cost at the time of purchase or up to 30 days from the unit being in home. These warranties will extend the 1 year warranty to 2, 3 or 5 years. Manufacturer warranties and extended warranties/protection plans are not transferable.
