After washing the aerator a white plastic (rubbery) 'O' ring had seperated from the rest of the aerator and I have no idea where it belongs. Any help would be much appreciated. Dave

BEST ANSWER: Great question. I would either contact Metrokane(maker of Rabbit) at 1-866-843-3905 or our Customer Service Dept. directly at 800 648 6058.

Wow,what a difference!
Easy to use! I read the instructions which I dont normally do and it suggested to get two glasses. Open bottle of wine pour in first glass without using the aerator, second glass put aerator in bottle and pour into second glass. Immediately I could smell the bouquet of the wine I was pouring with the aerator. Amazing!I must admit I found this on a different "Buy" website for [$] included. But I would have paid full price if I knew it truly does work.

Rabbit Aerating Pourer
Like that it attaches to the bottle as opposed to being a seperate appliance.

Great product resulting in great taste
Did the side by side comparison the instructions recommended and it was a very noticeable difference in the taste of the wine using the aerator versus the glass of wine straight out of the bottle. Great product for a great glass of wine.

nice but leaks where clear section joins
Nice product but it leaks where the clear plastic meets the chrome part of the unit. We hand clean this product, never has been in a dish washer. Wine collar does not stop mess.

Just fine for easy useage
This is a simple aeration tool- we have experienced no leakage issues or other as some have mentioned here in the review section.
When we bring bottles to a restaurant, we bring this just in case. We also use this for a quick and painless means to open up the wine at home, but I am about to purchase another product here that will aerate a little bit more.

Sprays wine all over
Wine sprays all over - inside and outside of the wine glass. It is a great idea and it does aerate well but it is messy. The inside of the glass gets covered with sprayed wine and it sprays outside of the glass onto whatever is around, like counter, shirt, tablecloth. We have tried every way possible to lock the cork into the wine bottle, remove the plastic cover and adjust it but with no success to stop the messy spraying.
