Very easy to use. Thus far, preserved wine tastes better than simply re-corking the bottle and refrigerating it. Longest preservation period has been one week to date. Wine tasted great after one week. Purchased two extra reclosable corks with the basic cartridge system that included two standard corks. They are very handy to use as you can pour through them and not loose as much gas from the bottle. This is better than buying the premium system as you end up with four usable corks for the same cost.

I generally like to open/sample several different wines at a time and the Perservino is perfect because there is no need to finish them all at once.
