I have a limited amount of space to store wine and needed something that was sturdy and workable. This wine rack is perfect. It also looks nice. I can add on later when I move to a larger home.
This product failed to meet my expectations. The finish was inconsistent and rubbed off in spots. The craftsmanship was cheap and had the look as if it was done by an amateur woodworker. Finally, the rack did a poor job of holding bottles in place. Overall, I was very dissatisfied.
Used to store excess bottles and those for immediate use.
These wine racks look good (you could stain and varnish them and make them look even better), hold a good number of bottles and cost a reasonable amount. I have bought a number of the kits over the last two years and they provide most of my wine storage.
Holds Bordeaux, Cab. Sauv. Reisling, Sauv. Blanc., style bottles well. But, it dosen't do well with Pinot Noir, Most Chard. style bottles, eg, too tight and a row can not be filled out with this style bottle. Rack must be assembled using a strong glue; something the instructions do not tell you. Time-consuming assembly is a major complaint. You can forget about using this to rack sparkling wines.
Fits our needs perfectly, because of capacity, size, style, color, and value! It shipped very fast and was easy to assemble. Would definitely buy again from Wine Enthusiasts!
Construction is cheap and didn't exactly go together very easily. It looked like the joints were going to come apart until we got the bottle on it. The wine bottles help add to the stability of the rack. It's a great rack and I'd buy it again. Exactly what i was looking for. Holds a lot of bottles and didn't cost much. We bought two racks so we can store 52 bottles it not a lot of space.
We needed a way to properly store the wine we have collected and these racks are perfect: inexpensive and stackable
Nice wine rack. I have capacity for 208 bottles, and have about 150 bottles lying down. When you assemble the rack, you must use Elmer's glue or the parts will not stay together. The glue keeps everything tight.
