Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
Easy to use, dependable, never been disapointed. First it covers your wine in a blanket of Argon, then when you want a glass, twist open the top, as you pour you can hear the stopper working. Keep your wine safe for two or three weeks.
Mixed feeling about these.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend
Works just fair. The stoppers do not seem to fit tightly in about 50% of normal 750 ml bottles. No way to tell if gas is released when opening to pour, do hear a rush so presume you lose gas. Gas cartridges only last for about 3 bottles of wine.
