This would be a good product if the company could get the plaques spelled correctly. [...]4 of the 6 plaques were spelled incorrectly. How could employees working for a wine company not know how to spell? [...] When the replacement package arrived with the 2 plaques, one had been corrected but unbelievably the other one was still wrong! Now instead of one misspelled Sauvignon Blanc plaque I had two that were spelled "sauvingnon blanc" and which were all in lower case letters despite the fact that all other plaques are in capital letters. I cannot imagine how this could happen - the name of the wine is right on the packing list as well as the label on the plastic bag in which it is sent. There is no excuse for sending defective products in not only the original, but the replacement shipment. There is obviously no quality control process or this would not have happened. [...] And this was supposed to be a Christmas gift for friends who have a new wine cellar.
