When the unit starts to have more content in it, the humity will get in the mid 60%. I'm sure once I fill the unit some more, I'll have 70% humidity. The temperature is fairly accurate, so I can't complain there. I do find that it cycles on and off more frequently than our refrigerator, but I don't know how much energy it uses over all. It is also a bit louder within the first 30seconds when it comes on, after that it is very quiet. I love the high cappacity shelves, the wood and rubber feet completely remove any vibration from the A/C unit, and the unit overall has very minimal vibration. I do wish it came with a few more shelves tho. When first delivered, the wrong manual came with the unit, which cause a lot of confusion (the manual's diagram very closely resembled this unit, but cirtical components where in different locations).

excellent wine cabinet ,I checked the inside temperature using a thermal sensor; it is dead accurate . the unit could benefit from a digital hygrometer and a system to increase humidity , I live in dry colorado and had to add a small container with humidified lava rocks to increase humidity above 50%. I believe a hygrometer is not a luxury addition but a must in dry weather.

[...] I have only one complaint the temperature does not remaind constant. A two degree +/- different. Example, set temp at 54 deg. the unit will drop to 52 deg than go up to 55.9 degree before unit comes on to cool down. [...] All and all I am satisfied with the Eurocave.

Your support line was phenomenal, I switched the door configuration in minutes. However, it would be nice to know that there's hardly any shelves that come with the cabinet, so that I could order the right configuration from the get go.
