Purchased this product as a gift for friends who own restaurant and entertain frequently. Was present when glasses were cleaned for the first time prior to use, one glass broke in the hands of my friend while drying. Way too delicate for intended use. Loved the concept and was disappointed in the application.

[...] several months ago i purchased 2 similar tumblers and unfortunately 1 broke so i ordered the noted tumbler above; unfortunately the grips for the thumb and finger are much smaller than the original purchase and difficult to handle so i have not used it and reshipment to you would not be cost effective; so this is difficult as i was expecting the same quality item and received the item that looks the same but is ineffective for wine drinking purposes. barry rozantine
