Well I have to say that it works on thicker rimmed glasses than delicate ones, you have to be careful if you do too much you can break or damage the glass.

It's nice to have a product that repairs chips so the glass is not dangerous or a complete loss. Though it leaves a depression and a scratchy look after filing. The glasses I repaired will be used by us and not the ones we present to our guests. But it is useful as it keeps a set intact or rescues a favorite.

I have several crystal glasses with chips. I was not able to repair any of the chips, which were not very big.
