After smashing many Reidels drying on towels on kitchen sink we invested in this tool. Works well with little rubber feet to hold glasses on. Slope could be a little more toward center for insurance, but glasses hold secure. Folds flat to store, but we just leave it out and tucked out of the way. Not sure how much of a bump it'll take, but a lot more bump than a glass upside down on a towel which was our old drying method.

Larger than expected when it folds out, but rubber feet keep it from sliding. And it holds a decanter if needed.

I always worry when I put my delicate stemware in the drainer or on a towel to dry that it will be knocked over. This rack is sturdy and holds the glasses securely. I have no concerns about the safety of my stemware when drying them this way. It folds easily and neatly to store in a small space. I love it and would recommend it to anyone who uses stemware!

We've had nothing but problems with washing our wine glasses in the dishwasher and we never seem to have a good place to let them dry when we hand wash them. This is the best solution I've seen and it works like a charm. It keeps your glass out of the way and safe while they are drying. The best thing is it folds up to a very flat profile and can be easily stored out of the way even in the most cluttered cupboard. We love it so much, we bought it for 3 of our family members who are wine lovers too. Highly recommend this product!!! :>)
