The description says to use this in the bottom of your dishwasher. I found I can use it in the top for two glasses if I position them carefully. I love the product. It keeps the wine glasses from moving around.

Works fine in our dishwasher and with our wine glasses. Does a fine job of preventing water marks on wine glasses. Wine glass stem base will hold water if bottom of base is cupped. Through no fault of design it does require a lot of dishwaher space to wash four wine glasses. We find ourselves washing stemware and glass together and separate from flatware.

Since purchasing these StemGrip dishwasher racks we have not broken a glass; however, the metal spring rings need to be made out of stainless steel. Rusting rings on the StemGrips are problematic. I hope that the manufacturer heeds this advice and capitalizes on the promise of this good idea.

Simple to use, does what it is meant to do. You need to figure out the best positioning to fit 4 glasses in the rack, but you can usually find a way to fit 4 glasses at once.
