This wine cage has saved a lot space in my pantry and complements our decor. Larger bottles don't fit, but we have enough standard wine bottles to fully stock the cage anyway. Luckily we bought this item at a discount during the Xmas sale.

I didn't particularly need a wine rack, but when I heard that the rack is green, I just had to have it. I love green. Everything I own is green. The greener, the better. And boy oh boy, I wasn't disappointed. It's green, and I love it. I would highly recommend it to anyone who loves green as much as I do.

It is a very good bargain, I shopped around quite a lot. This rack is more green than the picture leads you to believe, I read this in an earlier review. It didn't stop me however, I spray painted it black. Now it is perfect!

This wine jail is attractive enough, but it is green! I am planning on re-painting mine in more traditional colors. If I had known how green it was I would have looked a little further for another one.

Not impressed in the useability of the cage it only fits standard size bottles, which is a major let down. The only pro about it is the visual effect very stylish just not practical

We are using the wine jail to store as much of our wine as we can fit. It's great because it fits our decor, it is functional and decorative. I wish it had been a little less expensive, but since I couldn't find anything else like it, I was willing to pay the price. It was a last minute Christmas gift so I couldn't be too choosy. If it had been about $40-$50 less, I would have been ecstatic. As it is, I was pleased but not thrilled over the price. However, it is a good, if not exceptional, value.

I really like the wine jail but I have to tell you, the color of it is more green than I imagined! It would be much nicer if it had a rustic black or iron finish instead of this greenish look.

I have a small studio apartment and I needed a place to store all of my wine that was decorative without having clutter. This piece is very beautiful, it comes all in one piece and it's sturdy. I have gotten a ton of compliments. I wasn't sure when the description said the item was green but it is a very, very dark green. It looks more black with a bit of forest green mixed in.

Awesome way to store and display wine
By nesochenVerified Purchaser from Orlando, FL on 11/4/2007
Pros:
Attractive Design, Efficient Use of Space, Good Capacity
Cons:
Poor alignment on bolt
Best Uses:
Decoration, In The Kitchen, Several Bottles
Describe Yourself:
Stylish
Bottom Line:
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Great decorative item for storing wine. Holds enough wine for a normal household and is very sturdy. I get tons of compliments on it. The only issue is that the bolt that would lock it shut doesn't align properly and doesn't shut easily, but that's not a problem if you don't intend to keep it locked. The door otherwise hangs nicely and sits by itself in either the closed or open position.
