My husband says it ruins the taste if it gets too hot but he loves the size of the glass as opposed to the larger ones. I love the taste when warmed up but he's right about it fast gets too warm. I have started to put the larger glass I have with the warmer.

The only thing is the product gets cool too quick...need a candle that's a tad longer to get hotter I guess; outside of that it's great!

I have been unable to use this product. Gave it as a gift to be used Christmas Eve. Very disappointing and inconvenient to order something and then have to return it. Metal part was soldered at a bad angle so cup holder will not fit down into its intended place. Don't know if it is a bad design or poor workmanship.

Not as annoying as it looks.

It's easy to use and does the work for you while you are busy doing other things. This worked out perfect for after dinner. The drink is being warmed while your hands are free to clean up, do dishes, etc.
