Worked fine, for about a year, BUT

This corkscrew worked great for about a year. Then the little screw on cap the holds the cork screw in place starting popping off evey time the cork was even slightly resistant. The "10 year" warranty requires you to pay the shipping to the manufacturer plus [$]for their shipping/handling. Maybe that's because this product is made of some cheesy plastic material which is bound to fail sooner rather than later. This one is less durable than one I purchased at a local grocery store.

I thought this item had a foil cutter but find that it didn't. This was given as a gift. Would it be possible to get a foil cutter for this opener?

For relatively young wines, with fresh corks, this corkscrew is very to use, doesn't require any wrist turning, and is quick. However, for more mature wines, which describes most of the wines in my wine cellar, the corkscrew will not release a stuck cork and ends up breaking it, without extracting it.

This is the 4th "Rabbit" style wine opener that I have owned and it is the best! It removes the cork with very little effort and it is easy to remove the cork from the opener.

This is the third lever style rabbit corkscrew I have purchased (one fell apart, one broke when dropped). The padding on the lever and around the bottle neck grip are excellent features. Overall quality and durability are impressive. A great value.

This cork pull works ok but, compared to others that I've had, I would like to see a heaver, more sturdy fell in the hand during bottle opening.
