I was very happy to find chritsmas crackers available in the UK and with wine charms - couldn't be a better gift - practical and pretty. The crackers cracked and my US relatives thought they were fabulous - we were even pleasantly surprised by the selection of charms, individually appropriate for us! However, the charms are a little too delicate and impractical for the purpose they were made. There was no way to prevent the charms from falling off the glass stems when anyone raised a glass to drink - the charm band needs a way of being closed. Also the beads came off the band and scattered. The idea was great but I felt that the actual charm was poorly produced and resulted in dissatisfied customers. I would recommend the concept but warm people not to take the "gift" too seriously or they may also be disappointed when the promise fails to deliver.
