I Love the wine fall. It makes a big difference on young wines. It takes the hard edges off imperfect wines.
The biggest proof to me that it really works is that a wine which drinks better on the second day, drinks even better yet through the wine fall on the first day! That says a lot when your paying for good wine and don't have the patience to age it.
