Overall, I believe that this decanter is good for for the price. If one is looking for a functional decanter, this particular model will suit your needs. It also holds a full bottle of wine effortlessly.
One thing that may be a concern is that it is a bit fragile, but hey, its made of GLASS! (Duh!) So just be careful with it and all should go well. Cleaning may also be an issue as well, but again, there are accersories that too! Enjoy.

i purchased this wine decanter because of the description and while it is nice, it is very unwieldy because of the bottom and virtually impossible to clean, even with the cleaner we purchased and then it never dries, we have tried many ways to get it to dry but...

Use for decanting red wines. It is large enough to let the wine properly breath; has a large opening making it relatively easy to clean.

It broke the first day we used it.

This is a dishwasher safe decanter with an attractive design. It aerates well. The neck is a bit thin for my taste and pouring feels awkward at best. The bell shaped neck requires that you turn the decanter completely upside down to pour the last glass, so be careful.
