Need stopper for Decanter purchased at same time. This was recommended but it hard to put in and remoove without feeling that you are going to break the decanter. Maybe somekind of handle would help.
NEEDS NEW DESIGN. CAN NOT REMOVE.

It is impossible to grab the stopper from the neck of the decanter without tipping it on its side and leaking wine all over!

Pros:
Durable, Good Value, High Quality
Cons:
Too heavy for carafe, Very hard to remove
Bottom Line:

I have only used the large one so far; but it is extremely hard to remove from the carafe. It needs some kind of gripper so you can safely use it. It is very attractive, but definitely not worth buying as a useful stopper.
I would not call it "large" !
By Momfig

Pros:
Attractive Design, it fit the decanter, Thick Glass
Cons:
Hard to grasp in bottle, Too Heavy
Describe Yourself:
Bargain Hunter, Practical, Stylish
Bottom Line:
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
It fits in the neck of the decanter but it is really hard to remove easily. It is difficult to grasp. If it had been even a quarter of an inch in diameter larger, it would have rested higher up on the neck giving more area to get fingers around it for a better grip. I would hate to have seen the "small" one as this one was pretty small! It is also really heavy. I was expecting a hollow sphere rather than a solid glass one. But it looks great!

Cons:
Small hands cannot grip, Too small for Vivid Decan

This large stopper is really a paperweight as shown by it's one flat side. It was recommended to fit the Vivid Decanter, but it is hard to remove once in place.

When I opened the box it was just rolling around in the bottom, no packing. It was so badly scratched that I returned it and didn't want a replacement.

We like the Decanter but the size and weight of this stopper presents the risk of breaking the thin glass of the Decanter if it slips from your hand. If you have larger hands (male) it is hard to place or remove from its resting place on the Decanter. If the shape was more conducive to gripping safely, (i.e. a handle of sorts) i would have less reservation on recommending this product.
