I bought one for my husband and one for my sister. When they came in my husband kept both. He wanted one for the bar and one to carry in his wine bag. When we take it out to a restaurant everyone loves it and can always tell the difference in the wine. It works on expensive wines and inexpensive wines. It really enhances a younger wine. Even homemade wines!! Now I just have to get one for my sister. For the price you can't go wrong

I looked all over for this wonderful thing since I saw a review of it in my newspaper. So I bought it. My friends were so impressed they went out and got one the next day.
This is a great product but UK buyers beware, I got stung by Uk customes and Exise when my order arrived, they charged me tax not only on the value of the product but also on the shipping cost, it basically doubled the price! I can't critisie the product just the tax man screwing us again!
easy to use, great looking, saves a lot on money purchasing other devices and decanters.

I love this product! It actually works, and I've bought so many for people as gifts. None of my friends and family like to drink wine now unless it's gone through the aerator!

I enjoy wine one glass at a time but didn't like the inconvience of having to clean and dry a decanter for just a single glass. Now you can have decanted taste with easy quick clean up.
The only improvement would be for the Aerator to have a larger opening to prevent spillage when pouring wine out of the bottle to the Aerator

I use this aerator when I don't want to necessarily decant a whole bottle of wine for myself. I love this product! It is a great price for something like this,especially when you compare it to other ones of this kind. It helps open the bouquet of the wine a lot faster than if you had to wait on it to decant in a decanter.It is made well so that it washes easily too! I can't say anything bad about this product.

We were skeptical, but taste tested wine with and without the aerator and the difference was easily discernable. Now it's easy to open a bottle at the table, use the aerator and have a fully 'opened' wine.
What a difference in the taste. One of the best gifts I got for Christmas. I would buy it again and again. Good gift for people who are hard to buy for.

We orchestrated a taste test between the aerator and a taste poured straight from the bottle, and the aerator makes a surprising difference! Highly recommended for the "winos" in your life.

Informally, we use the Vinturi to decant individual glasses of wine. When entertaining, we decant the wine into our decanter through the Vinturi. It opens the wine and makes it immediately enjoyable without waiting. We travel with it now because we enjoy the differences in the wine.

Aerates your wine with ease, just pour through the Venturi and it is like having decanted for hours.
What a great product, I've already purchased 2 more as gifts.
Could not believe the difference!! AWESOME new Gadget!! Won't drink wine (reds) without this. We take it with us!! This little gadget completely opens up the wine for immediate drinking pleasure! The Vinturi Aerator really works, which is great for the wine's that need it, however it's not so great for the wine's that don't. It can give an almost watered down taste to the wine and take away some of the intensity of the flavor. I highly advise it, since it works very well, but I also advise tasting each bottle before using it and see if that bottle tastes better with or without it. (which is what I personally do).

I was skeptical. Did a 3-glass blind taste test with 9 different guests, with an inexpensive wine and a a moderately expensive bottle, two ways: 1)same bottle, 2 glasses aerated, 1 from the bottle, 2) 1 aerated, 2 from the bottle. Regardless of the wine, 8 out of 9 picked the aerated wine every time.

While at a holiday party over the weekend, I said "we should have brought the Vinturi!" as we sipped our glass of freshly opened Pinot Noir. The host was aware of the aerator and didn't know if it was "just a gimmick" or not. We assured him you can tell a difference and the difference is great.

This product is a great way to open up the flavors and aromas of any wine. You can use it to pour the wine straight into your glass or to pour it into a decanter; it's very versatile. When I'm ready to drink a glass of wine, I hate having to wait for it to "breathe," so this shortens my time of having to wait to enjoy my wine. We have found that it helps to develop the flavors of not only red wines, but whites as well. Happy to recommend it!

After using the aerator there is always a drop of wine that spills or stains the counter. It needs a place to set it down before use on that next glass of wine.

Returned the 1st one due to scratches on glass and plastic. Replacement was just delivered and it's almost as bad as the 1st. [...]Keep shopping for something else...

Especially great when serving one or two people or when you do not want to decant a whole bottle.
Easily washable but I would not place in a dishwasher.
Sometimes wine exits from the two air holes but not particularly bothersome if you watch out for it.
A nice conversation piece!
Very easy to use--Not sure it does a lot of good however. Can't tell great deal of difference in taste of the wine after using or not using. Then again I'm not aerating very expensive wines. Love my 2 Buck Chuck.

Usually very skeptical of gadgets, but we held a blind taste test at a party recently and 100% of the guests said the wine was better when the Vinturi was used.

This is perfect for red wines that you wish to serve immediately but require decanting. I have shown it to a dozen friends and all want to own one after blind taste testing. It really works. You have to pour fast enough to keep the funnel full and if you pour too slowly it doesn't do the job, but it is really easy to use. A bit of care is required to avoid drips.

This product actually works. We've tested it on wine by using it in one glass and not in the other. The flavor enhancement to the aerted wine was distinct, obvious to all and much better.

Really opens up the wine, especially on tight big red wines that need decanting. Makes an amazing difference in taste right away. Try it yourself with a blind taste test. It's portable too. We brought one to our local winery for a fun tasting and now they use one routinely. Nice presentation box and cover for travel. Affordable and makes a great gift.

It's fun and just adds another taste experience. A perfect gift for the gadget lover or for the couple where one likes their wine bold and the other likes their wine a little softer.

Good concept but unfortunately the wine leaks out of the holes on the side creating a mess.
